Tickets are available through the official event listings at TheHenryJ.org.
Subject to availability, tickets may also be purchased in person at The Henry J. Box Office beginning one hour before each event.
Ticket prices, fees, seating options, and availability vary by event. Please visit the individual event page for complete ticketing details.

Please review your order confirmation for specific instructions regarding ticket delivery and event entry.
A $3 Restoration Fee per ticket is applied to each ticket priced above $10, regardless of how the ticket is purchased.
A Convenience Fee also applies to tickets priced above $10. Convenience Fee amounts vary by event and will be clearly displayed on the event ticketing page before your purchase is completed.
Ticket FEES
To help ensure fair access to tickets, The Henry J. may limit the number of tickets that can be purchased for a particular event.
If a ticket limit applies, it will be clearly stated on the event ticketing page. Orders that exceed the stated ticket limit may be canceled without notice.
Ticket Purchase Limits
Refunds, Rescheduled Events & Cancellations
All ticket sales are final. Refunds are available only when an event is canceled or rescheduled.
If an event is canceled or rescheduled, The Henry J. will notify ticket holders using the email address associated with their ticket order.
Rescheduled Events
If an event is rescheduled, ticket holders may choose to:
Keep their tickets and attend the new event date.
Convert the value of their tickets into a tax-deductible donation to The Henry J.
Request a refund.
Canceled Events
If an event is canceled, ticket holders may choose to:
Convert the value of their tickets into a tax-deductible donation to The Henry J.
Request a refund.
To select an option, please reply to the event notification email within 30 days. If we do not receive a response within 30 days, the original payment method will be refunded automatically.
Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card provider.
Tickets Purchased from Unauthorized Sources
For your protection, we strongly recommend purchasing tickets only through TheHenryJ.org or The Henry J. Box Office.
Tickets purchased through third-party websites, ticket brokers, or individual resellers may be stolen, counterfeit, duplicated, or otherwise invalid and may not be accepted for entry.
The Henry J. cannot verify, or guarantee tickets purchased through unauthorized sources and is not responsible for purchases made through secondary marketplaces, including TicketSales.com, StubHub, Vivid Seats, SeatGeek, Craigslist, eBay, or other resale services.
If a ticket is sold at an incorrect price, made available before its scheduled on-sale or presale date, or sold as the result of a human or technical error, The Henry J. reserves the right to cancel the ticket or order.
If an order is canceled under these circumstances, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.
Pricing & Ticketing Errors
Unauthorized photography and video or audio recording are prohibited during events unless expressly permitted by both the artist and the venue.

All ticket sales are final. Artists, programs, event dates, times, seating configurations, and ticket prices are subject to change without notice.

bag and security policy
All bags are subject to search upon entry.
Only clutch-sized bags are permitted. Large backpacks, purses, totes, or briefcases will not be allowed to enter the building.
Reasonably sized medical bags are permitted (and may be subject to bag search).
Please plan to leave large bags at home, at work, or in your car, or otherwise plan accordingly. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide bag-check or coat-check services at this time.
Noisemakers, outside food and drink, cameras or recording devices, and weapons of any kind are not permitted. Water bottles are permitted but must be empty upon entering.
